100 golfers will play Pinehurst No. 2 in a Ryder Cup format, followed by cocktails and awards.

The golf pairings for the 2008 Classic will be announced at this event for sponsors, their guests, and celebrities. Join us for night light putting, chipping into the pool, and fabulous food and entertainment.

THE 3rd ANNUAL NIKE CUP PRESENTED BY NIKE GOLF
A competitive round of golf played by the golfing sponsors and celebrities. Courses for the Nike Cup will be Pinehurst’s famous No. 1, No. 2, and No. 4
2:30 pm
The winning team will be determined during a shootout match played at the conclusion of the Nike Cup. Nike Cup trophies will be awarded as well as prize packages.

The main event! Come watch celebrities and sponsors in a competitive round of golf as we celebrate the 15th annual Classic at Pinehurst Resort®.
Opens for spectators to visit sponsors, information tables, experience some of the latest technology associated with prostate cancer research, purchase “V” merchandise, and to get a feeling of what the day is all about. Location: Behind scoreboard near clubhouse
SKIN CANCER SCREENING TOUR
The V Foundation hosts the Skin Cancer Screening Tour sponsored by Doak Dermatologics and The Skin Cancer Foundation
A free skin cancer screening sponsored by Doak Dermatologics and The Skin Cancer Foundation. This screening is open and free to all who attend The Classic! Get screened on the greens!! Location: V Mall at the Pinehurst Clubhouse
Come see Dennis Walters put on a fabulous golf show!
The show lasts about an hour and is a demonstration of precision golf from start to finish. Paralyzed in a golfing accident, Dennis’ message is that with hard work and perseverance, you can achieve success at almost anything. Location: Pinehurst driving range
